William was born October 5, 1941 in Geneva, New York and passed away at Riverside Community Hospital on March 1, 2017. With his wife and children by his side. William is survived by his wife of 53 years Barbara J. Scutt, two sons Billy, and Thomas, one daughter Brenda. He also had 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He has two sisters, Winifred Scutt and Nancy J. Vogt and one brother Jimmy Scutt. William loved the outdoors. He would hunt, fish and play golf whenever he could.
